• We provide Facility Management activities, which include the oversight and maintenance of the physical environment that houses the IT infrastructure and hardware. 
• This key responsibility includes making sure that server rooms and data centers are adequately ventilated and air-conditioned to prevent overheating, and ensuring that backup systems are in place to maintain service availability if a power outage occurs.
